Sunday Prayer

Jesus said, “For where two or three have gathered together in my name, I am there in their midst.”  Matthew 18:20 NASB

Shall we pray…
Psalm 118:8-9 Paraphrased

  Lord, You hear prayers … my prayers.  You are the only God who takes time to listen with real ears and mind and heart.  Help me, this day, to knowingly sit in Your presence and knowingly believe that You hear my prayer.

  It is better to take refuge in You, O LORD, than to trust in myself.
  It is better to take refuge in You, O LORD, than to trust in people.
  It is better to take refuge in You, O LORD, than to trust in powerful people.
  Help me today, to take refuge in You alone, in 2022.
