“Who is the King of glory?”
Jacob’s prophetic blessing of Judah, his fourth son, is all about the coming of Messiah.
We can praise this personal Messiah, for He is Jesus.
He is the Lion of Judah.
He is the King, the Ruler with the authoritative right to reign.
Jesus ~ Messiah ~ First Advent
(NASB) Genesis 49:11 “He ties his foal to the vine,
And his donkey’s colt to the choice vine…”A king coming in peace rides on a donkey.
When Jesus came the first time, He rode into Jerusalem on the back of a donkey. This is the day Christians celebrate as Palm Sunday. He came to secure peace with God for all who turn to Jesus as Savior and Lord. (Luke 19:29-38)Jesus ~ Messiah ~ Second Advent
(NIV) Genesis 49:11-12 “… He will wash his garments in wine, his robes in the blood of grapes.

King Jesus will ride a white horse when He comes to earth the second time.
He will come to wage war against His enemies – and He wins.Anyone, anyone, who does not receive Jesus into their lives by faith will be judged by King Jesus – He is the King over all kings and Judge of all the earth.
(NASB) Psalm 24:8 “Who is the King of glory?
The LORD strong and mighty,
The LORD mighty in battle.”
My Savior is Jesus – He is the King of glory!
Each day, I am to yield and bow down to Him because of His majesty as my King and His meekness as my Savior. To worship Him for His might as my God.
Can you say the same about Jesus?
~ Take it to heart ~
(NASB) Psalm 24:10
