Questions only you can answer:

In what area(s) of your life are you needy?

What kind of famine has come into your life?

To whom are you going for help?

Joseph’s family experienced a famine and went to the only place where food was available.

There they found the brother they thought was dead.  They also found food and a secure place to live.  (Genesis 47:11-12)

Joseph learned early on in his captivity as a slave and as a prisoner to rely on the living God.

You, also, are to rely on this same living God.  Is He your Savior, Redeemer?  If not, you also can know Him for yourself.  By faith in Jesus you also can be saved ~ redeemed ~ protected spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

The living God is my Savior, Redeemer, Counselor, Guide and Father in this hour, in this day, in this year.  He is also available to you in this moment.  You also can experience God’s provisions for you – forgiveness for your sins (Jesus is the One Who saves) and saved for eternal life (after this life is done).

How can anyone be “saved?”
(NASB) Romans 10:9-13 “that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
11 For the Scripture says, ‘Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.’
12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek (those who are not Jewish); for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him;
13 for ‘Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.’”

~ Take it to heart ~

Joseph learned to lean on the Holy God of the Holy Bible.

(NASB) Psalm 1:3 “He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water,
Which yields its fruit in its season
And its leaf does not wither;
And in whatever he does, he prospers.”

Turn to God for His provisions for you – this moment.
