Christmas has been celebrated.  The birth of Jesus has been acknowledged.  Now life should not be the same.  Why?   Because the greatest of all miracles was accomplished in Bethlehem long ago.

Where is Jesus in your life today?  Can you say ‘He is my Savior’?

How do you “see” Jesus in your life… right now?  He was born – for you to be set free from your sins.  We all sin; we all fall short of God’s glorious perfection.  (Romans 3:23)

Review the events in Bethlehem
Jesus was born in Bethlehem – according to God’s plan and prophecy.  Two years pass, and Joseph, Mary and Jesus are still in Bethlehem.

Review the events in Jerusalem
Herod the Great is on the throne in the capital city of Jerusalem.

An entourage of wise men (magi) arrived in Jerusalem after a very long journey of about two years.  They asked a question, “Where is He who was born King of the Jews?”

For what purpose had they made such a dangerous journey?  “For we saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.”  (Matthew 2:1-2 NASB)

Wise men and women still ask that important question, “Where is He who was born King of the Jews?”

Wise men and women still have the same purpose: to recognize that He was born, died and was resurrected to life.  Like the wise men of long ago let’s worship Him!

~ Take it to heart ~

Where is Jesus – King in my life?

Where do I need to submit, yield to Him — today?

Will I now worship Him in my circumstances?
