How do you pray to the living God of the Holy Bible?  Do you pray and give Him thanks for giving you salvation through faith in Jesus?
“Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid…”  (ESV Isaiah 12:2)

Your salvation and mine was born in a stable, a barn in Bethlehem, many years ago.  Jesus is His name.

When you pray, do you pray with joy?  Followers of Christ, we are to go to the living God with joy because He gives us living water as we draw from the wells, the springs of His salvation.  (Isaiah 12:3)

When you pray, are you grateful, are you thankful?
(ESV) Isaiah 12:4

“…Give thanks to the Lord,
call upon his name,
make known his deeds among the peoples,
proclaim that his name is exalted.”

Jesus – Savior (“He will save His people from their sins” Matthew 1:21).

Jesus – His conception, His birth, His life, His death, His resurrection, His coming again, His rule and reign over all the earth – all will come to fulfillment.  Do you know Him as your Savior and Lord?

Give thanks to the Lord – call on His name as you pray – tell others what the Lord has done in your life – proclaim with your mouth and your actions that His name is exalted.  He is high and lifted up – worship Him.

As you prepare for the Christmas holidays – give thanks to Him – call upon His name, for He is the One Who saves you, loves you, and is worthy of your worship.

Jesus – He will save His people from their sins – what a message followers of Christ have to tell others as we prepare to celebrate His birth.

Come, Celebrate with Joy!
