What are followers of Christ to remember?
(NASAB) Isaiah 12:1-2 “…‘I will give thanks to You, O Lord;
For although You were angry with me,
Your anger is turned away,
And You comfort me.
2 ‘Behold, God is my salvation,
I will trust and not be afraid;
For the Lord God is my strength and song,
And He has become my salvation.”

For the above reasons – I am to “joyously draw water from the springs of salvation.”

Even when I don’t feel well physically?  Even when I am being unfairly treated?  Even when I have no strength?

What you and I need to know…God’s words are not dependent on how we feel or what is going on in our circumstances.  We are to go to the wells of salvation…the springs that give continuously of God’s grace, love, salvation.

Come, go with me to the “springs of salvation” and draw from God Himself for your needs and for His glory!

What are your needs and mine?  For God’s anger to be turned away from us.  For God’s comfort to be given to us.
Our God is our salvation…there is none other who saves us from our sins.
Our God is to be trusted and we are not to be afraid…why?

The Lord God is our strength to withstand the storms of life.
The Lord God is to be our song.

For these reasons – no matter what – we are to turn to the living God and with joy draw water from His springs of salvation.

(NASB) Acts 4:12 “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
His name is Jesus!

No matter what…we need Jesus – He alone is Savior whom God provided for your salvation and mine.  Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

With joy – turn to the living God and draw His living water from the springs of His salvation…no matter what!

Jesus ~ born in Bethlehem ~ for your salvation!

“The closer our walk with God, the more we recognize our total dependence on Him, and the more we understand that our joy is made full as we abide in Him.”  (Anonymous)
