Jesus talked about being faithful in the little things in day to day living.  We can choose to be faithful or we can choose to be unrighteous…and that will impact how we live day by day.

Cheating…a little bit of the time…thinking no one sees…not so!  People are watching, whether they say anything or not.  Cheating the employer we are working for…no matter the rationalization…is still being dishonest.  Cheating others in small ways does not go unnoticed.  That is being unrighteous.

If you are a follower of Christ what kind of witness are you giving others to see?

Jesus linked being faithful or unrighteous with true riches.  Then He took that concept a step further when He said:

(NASB) Luke 16:13 “No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other.  You cannot serve God and wealth.”

Where is your sense of wealth?  Is it in the things you own, or the money you have invested, or is it in God and His truth?
