Jesus said:
(NASB) Luke 12:25 “And which of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life’s span?”

Nobody!  So, why worry?  You and I cannot add to our height by growing intentionally.  We cannot add one hour to how long we will live (we can shorten our life, but we cannot extend it).

Notice what Jesus says about worrying about your life span:
(NASB) Luke 12:26 “If then you cannot do even a very little thing, why do you worry about other matters?”

To the Creator God, it is a “very little thing” to add time to anyone’s life.  Compared to eternity our life is brief!
(NASB) Psalm 39:5 “Behold, You have made my days as handbreadths,
And my lifetime as nothing in Your sight;
Surely every man at his best is a mere breath.”

Why worry about…anything…you and I cannot change anything by worry!

What should the followers of Christ do right now?  Tell the God of the Bible what is worrying you.  Then after telling Him, this Creator God of the galaxies – trust Him to work out the solution to your “worry” problem.
“Don’t sweat the small stuff”, is a trite way of saying, don’t worry!

What should we do in place of worrying about our problem(s)?
(NASB) Isaiah 55:6-7 “Seek the LORD while He may be found;
Call upon Him while He is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake his way
And the unrighteous man his thoughts;
And let him return to the LORD,
And He will have compassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon.”

What is your “Worry” problem?

Trust the Lord God, lean your full weight on Him.

Seek Him and His righteousness…today.
