What is Your Response?
Corruption and violence in the days of Noah…corruption and violence in this day. Attacks against the followers of Christ in India, Pakistan, Viet Nam, and many other countries around the world prove that people are in need of God’s provision of the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ…the attackers are in desperate need…and those they are attacking need our prayers for their strength to forgive and endure this persecution because of their faith in the living God.
May they be witnesses of God to those who are persecuting them…indeed, may you be a witness to those who attack you for your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
How did the LORD God of the Bible save Noah? The method God used is a ‘picture’ of Christ Jesus saving those who receive Him into their lives as Savior and Lord today. Noah and his family and the creatures that were aboard that ark were saved from the floodwaters of judgment.
Those without Christ as their Savior will face God as their judge.
Jesus said:
(NASB) John 3:16-21 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
17‘For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
18 ‘He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19 ‘This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil.
20 ‘For everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come to the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.
21 ‘But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.”
How have you responded to the Light?
Do you have life through the Son of God and have received His Light?
OR
Will you perish without the Son of God and be judged for your darkness of unbelief?
What is your response?
