As this devotional has stated earlier this week, salvation is accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior…but that is only the first step…

The next steps are to read, study and do what God’s word says to do.

Daily salvation is experiencing the fruit of the Spirit in your life.

Love
Joy
Peace
Patience
Kindness
Goodness
Faithfulness
Gentleness
Self-control

What freedom there is in the daily salvation given to the followers of Christ.

We are freed from hatred…to love.
We are freed from despair…to joy.
We are freed from anxiety…to peace.
We are freed from impatience…to patience.
We are freed from ‘niceness’…to kindness.
We are freed from meanness…to goodness.
We are freed from making false promises…to faithfulness.
We are freed from being over-bearing…to gentleness.
We are freed from manipulating and controlling others…to self-control.

Perhaps you have a physical need which involves the above list…God knows that…He will work in your life for His glory.

Daily salvation is a blessing from our Lord and God!

(NASB) Galatians 1:3-5
“Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ,
4 who gave Himself for our sins so that He might rescue us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,
5 to whom be the glory forevermore.  Amen.”
