Jesus had already talked with Pilate about the reason He had come ““ to reveal truth. To reveal truth that He did have a kingdom but not as the world thinks of a kingdom. (See John 18:33-38)

Pilate had rejected Truth (Jesus) Who had already spoken with him. Jesus had said during His ministry, (NASB) John 14:6 “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”

What about you? Have you rejected Jesus as the way to the Father, or rejected the truth that Jesus speaks, or rejected Jesus Who alone gives life with the Father?

How did Pilate respond to the Jews who said, “We have a law, and by that law He ought to die because He made Himself out to be the Son of God.”? (See John 19:7)

How did Jesus respond to Pilate who had rejected His truth moments earlier?

(NASB) John 19:8-9 “Therefore when Pilate heard this statement, he was even more afraid,

9 and he entered into the Praetorium again and said to Jesus, “˜Where are You from?”™ But Jesus gave him no answer.”

Have you received God”™s truth through hearing and reading the Holy Bible for yourself? Or have you rejected the truth of God”™s words?
