Going to God at all times and for all reasons

Paraphrased prayer using Psalm 62:5-8

  LORD, my soul (my mind, emotions and will) wait in silence for You alone.
My hope is from You, my God.
  You only are my Rock and my Salvation.
  You are my Stronghold; I shall not be shaken by the sudden circumstances which pop up in my life.
  On God my salvation and my glory rest;
You are my Rock of my strength, You are my refuge, in You I come to be strengthened and safe.
  I am to trust in You at all times, all times.  I pour out my heart before You;
  Oh God, You are a refuge for me.
I pray this in the name of Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ,
