The Great Sh’ma!  Deuteronomy 6:4-5

“Hear, O Israel! 
The LORD is our God,
the LORD is one!
You shall love the LORD your God
with all your heart and
with all your soul and
with all your might.”

Prayer paraphrased from  Deuteronomy 6:4-5:
  LORD God of the Bible – help me to Listen, to hear with my mind, my ears, my heart.
  That You are the LORD my God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  One God, yet, three Persons.
  Please help me to Listen and love You LORD my God with all of my heart, my mind, emotions and will and with all my might.  Help me to put You first in my life.  Help me to Listen to You and Your words.  From the time I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night.
  Forgive me for putting myself ahead of You in my life.
I ask this in the name of Jesus, my Savior and Your Son, Amen!
