Think about this: Everything is from God and for God.

When the LORD God finished speaking to Moses after 40 days and 40 nights on Mount Sinai – God gave Moses back two tablets of stone, with the ten commandments written by the finger of God.  He told Moses the specific man who would be given the skill and ability to make beautiful furniture and priestly garments to worship Him.  Exodus 31:1-11

  The LORD God filled individuals with His Holy Spirit for ministry in serving God.

  The LORD God prepared individuals for what He wanted done in serving Him.

  God appointed men and women to do the work. 
  The LORD God emphasized what is important to Him – the Sabbath day is one example, for refreshment and rest for His people.  Exodus 31:17
