Too many times, God works in our lives and we forget!
God told the sons of Israel to remember the dramatic night of the Passover in Egypt.
About two million men, women and children left after midnight, walking out of Egypt.
And they took their livestock. What a crowd!
They carried unleavened dough, gold, silver, clothing which the Egyptians gave them.
All the sons of Israel left Egypt.
Moses was given God’s ordinances concerning the Passover. They were to observe this night forever. No foreigner was to eat the Passover. Any slave must be circumcised before they could eat the Passover meal. Other stipulations of who could and could not eat the meal were given. The Passover meal was to be eaten in a home. No bones of the lamb were to be broken. All of Israel ~ celebrate! Exodus 12:33-51
Remember that one night. The night that God delivered the sons of Israel from slavery in Egypt. They were free at last.
What are you to remember? Do you remember when you asked Jesus to be your Savior, follower of Christ? You may not remember the date but think about the circumstances which led you to believe by faith that Jesus IS your Savior.
God is at work in the world. Do we see Him at work? His power is beyond anything which the world or the devil tries to emulate. His great work of Jesus on the cross is the reason we have a Savior. Remember His powerful hand which leads you to follow Jesus as your Savior. John 3:16
