Joseph saw his ten brothers.  They did not recognize this “Egyptian” Prime Minister as being the little brother they sold into slavery in Egypt.

  What were the emotions of Joseph when he saw the brothers that had belittled him, resented him and sold him?   We are not told at this time in the story.

  They bowed down to him, fulfilling Joseph’s dreams when he was a teen-ager.
  He presented himself as harsh to his brothers, asking where they were from.  Then he accused them of spying out Egypt.  They said, No, no, we come to buy grain.  The famine is very great where we live.

  Joseph had to know if his father was still alive… They said yes, he lived.  Joseph again accused them of spying… and they said, no, no, we are 12 brothers, one died and one brother remained at home.

  Joseph tested his brothers by saying bring the youngest brother here.   Joseph then had these ten brothers imprisoned.  After three days, Joseph told them, I will keep one brother in prison and let the rest of you go back, but you are to bring the younger brother to me.  Genesis 42:1-20

Galatians 6:7
“Do not be deceived,
God is not mocked;
for whatever a man sows,
this he will also reap.”

Your actions reap what you sow.
What are you sowing today?
