Romans 16:25-27
When we read and study the Bible, the Old Testament and the New Testament, we can find examples of obedient faith in God.

One example is Abraham.  He had a son, Isaac, and Isaac needed a wife.  Abraham sent a trusted servant to Abraham’s people in Mesopotamia to find a wife for Isaac.
This servant was given all that would be needed for the important journey.  Ten camels were loaded down with food for the journey and gifts for the woman and her family.
Genesis 24:2-10

The servant went in obedience to his master, Abraham.
Follower of Christ, we are to go in obedience to our Master, Jesus Christ.  We are to follow Jesus at the command of “the eternal God, this will lead to obedience of faith.  Our God is the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, be the glory forever.  Amen.”  Romans 16:26-27

Obedience and faithfulness mark an excellent servant.  That is how you and I are to live, follower of Christ.

God’s Word ~ Alive!

Romans 6:17-18
“But thanks be to God that though you were
slaves of sin,
you became obedient from the heart
to that form of teaching to which you were committed,
and having been freed from sin,  you became
slaves of righteousness.”

Today, live in obedience of faith to your Savior.
