Sunday Prayer
Psalm 3:3-6, 8
Lord God Almighty, to You I come in prayer. You are a shield about me, You are glorious and You are my glory.
You are the One who lifts up my head.
I cry to You Lord with my voice. I hear of the chaos in this world, the times we are living in, and this causes me to turn to You. You answer from Your holy mountain.
Because You hear my prayers and I know in my heart that You are greater than what is going on in my life and in the world, I lay down and sleep.
I will awake, for You sustain me.
I choose not to be afraid of anyone, the Psalmist says, “I will not be afraid of ten thousand people who have set themselves against me” and are all around me.
“Salvation belongs to You LORD; Your blessing be upon Your people.”
In the saving name by faith in Jesus Christ, Amen! Amen! and Amen!
