Sunday Prayer

Jesus said, “For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst.”  Matthew 18:20 NASB

Shall we pray…
Psalm 23:1-3 paraphrased

  You, LORD, are my Shepherd… Thank You!  
Because You are my Shepherd, I shall not want.  You give me all I need.

  You make me lie down in green pastures.  You know what is best for me, Your word is to be taken in, daily.  

  You lead me beside quiet waters, quieting my inner turmoil.  I need to focus on Your quietness in the midst of my storms.

  You alone can restore my mind, my emotions, and my will.

  Help me to let go of control and let You lead me in paths which are righteous.
I pray this for Your  name’s sake LORD Jesus, Amen.
