Only one day from celebrating the Christmas gift of Jesus Christ!

1 Chronicles 18:7-13
 David confiscated shields made of gold from his enemies and brought them to Jerusalem.
 David took large amounts of bronze and later Solomon, his son, would use that bronze to make items used in the temple and in the building of the temple.

  How are you preparing for your family, after you die?

  David did all he could to provide materials for the house of God (the temple) which would be built after he died.

  Articles of gold, silver and bronze were collected and stored by David.  David dedicated these expensive materials which he obtained when he defeated his enemies from various nations. 
1 Chronicles 18:9-12

  David defeated his enemies.  And God’s word says, “And the LORD helped David wherever he went.”

Consider this  ~

Praise God and give Him the
credit for your successes.
Give credit where credit is due.
Tomorrow, on Christmas day, give glory to God for His Son!
