1 Chronicles 17:24-27
  David had a heart for God.  Do you? 
  He had a relationship with God.  Do you?
  David successfully led the procession into Jerusalem, the ark of the covenant was housed under a tent, as it had since the days of Moses leading the Israelites out of Egyptian slavery.

  Then he said a prayer: the last part he gave God the recognition of being Israel’s God. 
  David yielded to God’s desire and will to have a son of David build a house for God in Jerusalem.
  David saw this as a blessing from God!

  When you are disappointed, or disillusioned,
do you see God’s will as a blessing from Him?

  David’s heart attitude is revealed in his prayers to the LORD his God.
  David was a king; yet, he submitted himself to God as God’s servant.
  David knew God blessed Israel ~ forever!

Pray ~ knowing God’s promises and words are true.

Yielding to God! ~ Blessing!
