Intentionally Remember – – – Thanksgiving
1 Chronicles 16:8-12
Every day should be a day of Thanksgiving for the followers of Christ.
We are to give thanksgiving to the LORD and call upon His name.
We are to make others know of God’s deeds, His actions working in our lives.
God’s word tells us to sing (I make a joyful noise!) to the LORD, to sing praises to Him.
We are to speak of His wonders… what about the sunset? Or the smile of a person you see as you pass each other?
Seek the LORD and be glad! We have a great God!
Seek the LORD and His strength –
too often I forget it is God’s strength that holds me up.
Seek the LORD’s face – all the time.
Remember: the LORD’s wonderful deeds – which He is doing all the time… “Help me, O LORD to recognize Your wonderful works.”
Not long ago, I heard a man say – “blessings do not come often.” I beg to differ. God’s blessings are many throughout each day. Many times they are not recognized when they come.
Remember His marvels and the judgments of His mouth.
Consider this ~
Remember – – – Give thanks for God’s many, daily blessings.
