Because ~

1 Chronicles 15:26
 Because God helped the Levites, who were carrying the ark of the covenant, they sacrificed seven bulls and seven rams as they went into Jerusalem.

  Do you acknowledge the LORD who helps you carry the responsibilities He gives you?
  By sacrificing yourself?  Romans 12:1 “Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.”
  Are you a living sacrifice, holy (set apart to serve God) as you live each day?

  As you live a sacrificial life, is each day a time of thanksgiving?
  A time for carrying your responsibilities which the LORD has given you?

  Are you being the spouse who pleases God?
  Are you the employee who pleases God?
  Are you the leader who pleases God?
In your neighborhood?
In your church? 
In your family?

  To whom do you listen?  To those who say, “You poor thing!  You need to slow down, because of …”  your retirement, or age, or circumstances, or…

  To whom are you listening?  To people or to the LORD  who calls you to follow Him?
  It is the LORD who helps you to carry the responsibilities He gives you.  Thank Him!

Consider this ~

Depend on the LORD for the strength, the stamina, the alertness you need,
because it is God Who calls you!
