I Got a Job to Do ~
1 Chronicles 7:24
Daughters – never discount daughters to build important structures.
From the tribe of Ephraim 1 Chronicles 7:24 a woman built the upper and lower town of Beth-horon, her name was Sheera.
A woman, I have come to know through a National Geographic documentary on TV, has my admiration.
She lives alone in the vast wilderness of Alaska, USA. She is responsible for an important airstrip to the people who fly planes, in that large area of the wilderness. She has ingenuity, and physical strength to do her job. She hunts her food, she withstands mind-numbing, body-numbing cold during the long winter months. Her attitude is ‘I got a job to do – how can I do it?’
Could just anyone do her job? I don’t think so. Can just anyone do your job? Probably not.
Consider this ~
What is your job?
How can you do your job more effectively?
What attitude do you bring to your job?
‘I got a job to do – how can I do it?’
