You say in Your word that “Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.”
Lord God, I confess that Jesus is Your Son! And you say that You abide, live in me. That is more than I can understand or take in. I sin against You, and You still claim me! Thank You for forgiving me when I confess my sins to You!
Your word continues, “We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.”
What love envelopes me, surrounds me and includes me in the book of life! You declare me righteous in Your sight. Psalm 69:28
How can I say thank You enough? I cannot! But You tell me to live by faith that You can do this! What a great God You are! To You belongs praise, honor, glory forever and ever.
