Fatherhood

  Isaac, a son of Abraham is also included in the genealogical list in
1 Chronicles 1:1-42.
  God carried on His promise to Abraham through Isaac. Genesis 12:1-3

  Isaac was the father of twins: Esau and Jacob.  Isaac’s favorite son was Esau.  His wife favored Jacob.  The children were well aware of the favoritism shown by Isaac and Rebecca.
  And it caused many problems and troubles.
