The next name which catches my eye is Abram or Abraham in the genealogy of 1 Chronicles 1:1-42.

  Abraham had a firm relationship with God. 
  Was he a perfect man?  No!  God’s word reveals some of Abraham’s downfalls – but Abraham walked with God.  He lived by faith in the living God.
