The book of Mark focuses on the works of Jesus and His power and authority to accomplish what God called Him to do while He was on earth.
Jesus serves God and people like you and me. Jesus is God.
He has the divine power of God.
He has the authority to wield power.
Jesus demonstrated His authority and power through the miracles that He did.
Jesus came as a servant. He served you and me when He went to the cross and took our sins on Himself, as if they were His sins. He had the power and authority to bear the stain of our sins, He died and was resurrected. Only the power of God and His authority could have been given to raise Jesus from the grave.
What do you need in your life? Only the power and authority of Jesus can truly help and heal you.
