  Personal prayers – choose a Psalm and pray it to the Lord.  Use your own name and circumstances as you pray.

 Intercessory prayers – choose a Psalm and pray it to the Lord for someone else.  Insert their name and circumstances as you pray, using God’s word.

  As a friend of mine recently said ~ after praying, she goes into her day, a changed person, changed for the better.  And you can also!

  Let God’s word become your prayers to Him for your needs and for the needs of others for which you pray.
  Listen for the deeper meaning of God’s word as you use His words as your prayers.
