Sunday Prayer

Jesus said, “For where two or three have gathered together in my name, I am there in their midst.”  Matthew 18:20 NASB

Shall we pray…                                  

paraphrased from Psalm 119:89

  Your word, O Lord, is eternal truth.  Your word is completely reliable.  You and Your word are worthy of my trust.  When things happen in my life that could fill me with fear, I can turn to You and Your word for help. 

  You give me assurance of salvation through faith in Your Son.  O Lord, that I would turn to You quickly to yield to You and to know that Your word is truth. 

  Your word stands firm throughout creation and eternity… praise the Lord, O my soul.
  In the name that is above every name…Jesus…I pray.  Amen.
