Sunday Prayer

Jesus said, “For where two or three have gathered together in my name, I am there in their midst.”  Matthew 18:20 NASB

Shall we pray…

NASB Proverbs 3:5-7 paraphrased

  LORD I come to You, to trust in You, with all of my being.
I come not to lean on my own understanding of my circumstances.
It is You and Your ways that I must trust in… acknowledging You in every area of my life.  Even… in my present circumstances.
I know You will make my paths straight.
Help me, LORD, not to think of my own “wisdom” for decisions I need to make.
I come to reverence You, to rightly fear You, for You are my God.
I come to turn from the evil of wanting my way!  Forgive me.
In the name of Jesus, show me Your way for me.
In His name, Jesus, I pray.  Amen.
