When did you hear you needed Jesus as your Savior? How did you respond?
Only you can answer those questions.
Everyone who follows Jesus has a salvation story. Many stories are quiet, no dramatics are involved. Then there are the stories which capture the imagination. Freed from prostitution, or addictions, or anger, murder, or… what is your story?
Andrew was chosen to be one of the twelve disciples of Jesus. He simply heard John the Baptist one morning say, “Behold the Lamb of God!”
John 1:36 NASB
Andrew and another man then followed Jesus. Jesus turned to the two of them and said, “What do you seek? They said to Him, ‘Rabbi (which translated means Teacher), where are You staying?’” John 1:38 NASB
He said to them, ‘Come, and you will see.’” John 1:39 NASB They stayed with Jesus from about 10 am to the end of the day. Then, Andrew went to find his brother, Simon. Andrew must have been sooo excited! He couldn’t wait to tell his brother, “We have found the Messiah!” John 1:41 NASB
Then Simon went with Andrew to meet Jesus. When Jesus saw Peter He said, “You are Simon the son of John; you shall be called Cephas” (which is translated Peter).” John 1:42 NASB
You never know what life-changes will be instigated in their life when you introduce Jesus to them. What is your story?
Follower of Christ, who are you introducing to Jesus? Jesus has a plan for you and for that one.
