VIP’s are very important people – it is a privilege to know such people, to eat a meal with them, or go out for tea/coffee with them, to be seen with them.

Who is a VIP in your life?  I have a friend who is in another country, she is giving herself to tell others about her Savior, His name is Jesus.

I have great admiration and respect for her… she and I have worked together in the past, and she taught me a lot! 

Another VIP in my life, again, a friend which is a privilege to call her a friend.  

In both cases, the love that I have for both of these friends  – are witnesses to the love they have for the Lord Jesus as their Savior.  Both trust the Lord in their circumstances… in their lives.

Another VIP I have in my life is the Lord Jesus Himself.  He is stronger and wiser than any enemy who would dispute or take down my country.  He is greater!  He is the VIP in my life.

Is the Lord Jesus the VIP in your life?  Do you give Him the respect and love that His very name should evoke to worship Him?

He was in the beginning!  He was with God then and He is with us now! John 1:1-3

I worship this  God, eternal, He existed, had being in the beginning.  The Lord Jesus Christ – He is the second Person, making up the Trinity… each Person separate but One God.  The Trinity is Individual Persons but inseparable.  God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  The triune God… Distinct but inseparable.

When you have a quiet time with the Lord, do you enjoy it?  Or do you see it as a chore, something that others tell you, you should do?  Do you have pleasure sitting in the very presence of the VIP, the Lord Jesus Christ? 

Our countries have faced COVID-19, unrest from enforced lockdowns are taking a toll on the lives of all of us.  To whom do you turn?  In whom do you trust? 

The most important Man in my life right now is the Lord Jesus Christ.  He is the VIP I call my friend, He is the One I respect, trust in, lean on and worship, for He is God.  Do you?
