There is a question I am dealing with on a personal level.  I have asked three godly friends for advice.  And to begin with, they sent me the following Scriptures to prayerfully consider.  I want to share them with you.

GOD’S WORD                                RESPONSE (what’s your response?)

Matthew 26:39-44                              Yielding to God’s will for me… for His glory

Romans 12:1-2                                    There needs to be a shift in my thinking… not what I want or think.  BUT God’s will… period.  Yielded to God my Savior.  Letting go of “me”, “my”, “I” and putting my trust in

God my Savior,     my Counselor,      my Father.
(Jesus Christ)      (Holy Spirit)          (God my Father)

Psalm 9:10                                        Trust in the living God!  No one is safer, no one is better than the living God of the Holy Bible to trust with this decision I need to make.

Psalm 119:2                                       Seek God – with all my heart, my entire being.

Proverbs 8:17                                    Diligently seek my God’s way for me; He promises that I will find His will for me!

Jeremiah 29:13                                  God’s promise to me –  I will find His leading, His will for me!

Jeremiah 29:11-13                             God’s plans for me are for His best in my life.  I can trust Him in the days ahead as I seek His will and ways for me.  Wherever He may lead.

Matthew 7:7                                      Askfor God’s specific will for you… be honest, lay it out for you to see it in writing… and prayerfully petition the Lord for His guidance.

                                                          Seek God’s will for you… He promises that you will find His will and way for you.

                                                          Knock and the Lord God will open your understanding to His will for you, in your situation.

~ Take it to heart ~

“Ask and it will be given to you;
seek, and you will find;
knock, and it will be opened to you.”
Matthew 7:7 NASB
