NASB Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart
And do not lean on your own understanding.”

Making a commitment means making an active choice to commit yourself.  When we trust in the LORD we are making an active decision to commit ourselves to Him.  Trust is not passive, filled with apathy or sluggishness.

You and I have no one else we can fully trust; certainly not ourselves, or any person, or our circumstances.
Position, power, money, emotions… all are unstable as sand, washed by the waves of circumstances.

Choose to trust in the LORD with all your being.
Commit this day to the LORD.

Build your life on a solid foundation – His name is Jesus. Luke 6:47-48

We are to sit with confidence in, trusting in, God our Savior.  He is LORD and He is worthy of our trust.

NASB Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart
And do not lean on your own understanding.”
