When someone is on your heart and in your thoughts, do you pray for them, right then?

When you have a loved one who is being tested and tried, do you pray for them to yield to God?

Watching a loved one being reproved by God is difficult.
But what we need to know and understand, God loves that one more than we do.
Yes, we are to yield to God, even in this.

NASB Proverbs 3:12 “For whom the LORD loves He reproves,
Even as a father corrects the son in whom he delights.”

Perhaps you could pray this prayer for those whom you love…

‘______________ needs You Lord.  Oh, how _________ needs to recognize You.  Please intervene in this loved one’s life, job and situation.
Please open ______________’s eyes to Your love for _____________.
Help me, O Lord, to trust You to work in _______________’s life.  I choose to lean my full weight on You to love _______________ .
Help me, O Lord, to rely totally on You, You alone!
All the praise goes to You, God my Savior.  In the name of Jesus, Amen.’

~ Take it to heart ~

‘Thank You for your love for ____________.
Thank You for delighting in   ____________.
All the praise goes to You, to You alone, for to You belongs praise, honor and glory forever.
With thankfulness I pray in Jesus name, Amen.’
