Remembering…

Remember – when you first became a believer in Christ Jesus.  What comes to mind?

Remembering is important – and this is my experience.  Your experience probably is different, but still Remember!

When I first became a believer in Christ – I was in awe of being forgiven!  Joy, pure joy, was mine – my sins were — gone.

I no longer had guilt, that terrible, heavy burden of guilt.  I was free!

What is your prayer today?  Perhaps it would be similar to mine.
‘Help me Lord, to never get over the release from true guilt and the heavy burden of sins taken from me when I asked You, Lord Jesus to be my Savior.

All because, Oh my Savior, Jesus Christ, You took those sins as if they were Yours when You died on a cross.  You really did take my sins as if those were Your sins… this is hard for me to think about, even now.

Thank You for saving me, releasing me to live forever with You!

All the praise goes to You, God my Savior.  In the name of Jesus who saved me and is continuing to save me, Amen.’

NASB Acts 4:12 “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”

In remembering what Jesus did and is doing for us – how can we not praise Him?!
