Who is leading your motives, thoughts, words and actions?

NASB Galatians 5:22, 25  “But the fruit of the Spirit is love…
25 “If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.”

To be led, is to follow.  When we are being led by God the Holy Spirit, we are not headstrong or rebellious; but, we are yielded to the living God and His way.

God’s part
He gave His followers His Holy Spirit when we accepted, when we asked Jesus to be our Savior.

Your part
To live, to be led, by the Holy Spirit of God – yielding to the Triune God: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), God the Holy Spirit.

Part of the fruit of the Spirit is love… love is named first.
Part of the fruit of the Spirit is self-control… self-control is named last.

Is godly love a part of your ‘growing up,’ your maturing, as a follower of Christ?

Who is leading – you?  If it is the living God, then you will be growing in many godly ways.
Love and self-control will certainly be a part of your life.

~ Take it to heart ~

When the living God leads us… our motives, thoughts, words and actions show God and His love – to others!

Who is leading – you?
