Have you ever tried to hide in a crowd?  In a crowd, there are so many people, it is hard to “see” individuals.  Perhaps you think there is safety in numbers… and nobody will notice you.

I can relate to being hidden in a crowd, intentional or not.  Can you?

In the days of Jesus, there were large crowds which followed Him.
Many individuals had needs which required attention, there were many who had hurts which needed healing, there were many who were wanting to be where Jesus was… to hear His words and what He had to say.

(NASB) Luke 9:11 “But the crowds were aware of this and followed Him;…”

What were the crowds aware of?  Where Jesus and His twelve disciples went… to Bethsaida, so the crowds followed Him there.  Luke 9:10

Crowds can be friendly, needy, hostile, in the end … all are made up of individuals who need Jesus in some way.  Each person in a crowd has a story… an important story because they are important!
Your story is important, whether you are hidden in a crowd or not.

If your story does not include Jesus, yet; here are some facts which you may have not heard about Jesus.

Jesus took your sins as if they were His when He was crucified.  He “bore” your sins, He took the punishment you deserve for your sins.  He died on that cross, with your sins on Him.

He was buried and then was resurrected the third day to physical life.
His resurrection was proof that His sacrifice was accepted by God.  Your sins were paid for by His sacrifice of suffering in your place.

By asking Jesus to be your Savior, you are saying you need Jesus to save you.  Accepting Jesus as your Savior is imperative for you to spend eternity in heaven with Him.

You can ask Him to be your Savior, this moment as you read this devotional.  Ask Him to forgive you for the things you do wrong (sins).  Thank Him for saving you.

You are not hidden in a crowd… the living God sees you, right now.  He knows your need.  Do you recognize your need?  Will your life story include Jesus?
