Circumstances, timing, all can be frustrating.  Resentments and anger can build up; becoming the “norm” of life.

Perhaps you are caught in the trap of resentment and bitterness… like cancer, your negative thoughts eat away inside your mind – affecting your relationships with others.  And most importantly, affecting your relationship with God your Savior.

How can anyone escape such a prison?

God’s Warning
(NASB) Ephesians 4:30 “Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.”

God’s Command
(NASB) Ephesians 4:31 “Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.”

The LORD God says “all” two times in the above verse… do not hang onto one shred of bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, slander and malice.  “All” must go out the door of your life.

God’s Command
(NASB) Ephesians 4:32 “Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.”

Ahhh, the relief of release.

We each have a choice to make.  Will we remain “Caught?”  or will we choose to “Be Released!” from our bitterness, anger, resentment and unforgiveness?

(NASB) Ephesians 4:32 “Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.”
