It is one thing to do a job and be well satisfied, thinking all the requirements and criteria are met.
It is quite another thing to have the person in charge examine your work; inspecting and looking for anything which needs to be re-done.

I wonder, how did those who worked on the tabernacle feel as Moses inspected everything.  Examining every portion to see if it measured up to God’s command.
They waited, they watched and then were told what Moses found.

(NASB) Exodus 39:43 “And Moses examined all the work and behold, they had done it; just as the LORD had commanded, this they had done.  So Moses blessed them.”

Is your work superb?
Is your work done in such a way that the LORD approves?
Is your work, at the end of each day, accomplished, completed and pleasing to the LORD?

Will the LORD say of you, at the end of your life,
“Well done, good and faithful servant”?
