When you make a promise, how often do you keep it?  Ninety-nine percent of the time?  But, what about that one time you cannot keep your promise?  No matter how hard you try, it is impossible!

God, the living God of the Holy Bible keeps His promises… all of them.  Astounding truth!

Promises given to Israel
(NASB) Exodus 29:45 “ I will dwell among the sons of Israel and will be their God.”

(NASB) Zechariah 2:10 “Sing for joy and be glad, O daughter of Zion; for behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,’ declares the LORD.”

Promise fulfilled to followers of Christ
(NASB) John 14:23 “Jesus answered… ‘If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him.”

My response to this promise!  Is it yours also?
‘O Lord, thank You for the promise of Your coming and living intimately with… me!
At one time I did not know or care that You living in me was a possibility.  Thank You for coming and giving me hunger and thirst for Your mercy, grace, love, forgiveness, etc.  Thank you for being my Savior and giving me Your Holy Spirit, living in me – today!’

Promise in eternity future
(NASB) Revelation 21:3-4 “And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, ‘Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them,
4 and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.’”

~ Take it to heart ~

‘Thank You, Lord God for Your love – Your awesome love promised to… me!
O LORD God help me never, ever, to get over Your living in me and being God my Savior and King. And to think Your promise will continue in eternity future!’

‘Your promises are dependable… for You keep each and every one!  Thank You!
