He has made a way for you and me to be in His presence forever… but it must be His way!

Chosen ~ by God!           Consecrated ~ by God’s glory!
What does He say about His glory in relation to believers?
He was talking with Moses about the sons of Israel as a nation.  Today, He is choosing and consecrating all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ.

(NASB) Exodus 29:43 “I will meet there with the sons of Israel, and it shall be consecrated by My glory.”

Follower of Christ – “listen” to how you also are “to the praise of His glory.” Ephesians 1:12

Blessed by God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!
It is God the Father and Jesus the Son Who blesses us with every spiritual blessing in heaven!
We have a blessing, rich and beautiful waiting for us in heaven! Ephesians 1:3

Jesus was chosen before creation!
Why was He chosen?  So you and I would be holy – consecrated and set apart for Him. Ephesians 1:4

God planned in love for us!  God chose us!
He planned for you and me to be adopted through Jesus Christ Himself.
God’s kind intention of His will was for us to be included in His forever family… it is through faith in the Lord Jesus as Savior and Lord.  Ephesians 1:5

God’s grace is freely given to us!
God’s grace is His favor and mercy given to us in His beloved Son.  Amazing God!  Ephesians 1:6

God’s way for us to be forgiven!
In Christ Jesus, we are redeemed through His blood, we are forgiven our sins, our trespasses.
It is all according to His grace… we cannot earn His grace, we cannot do enough works for His grace to forgive us.  It is His gift lavished on you and me.  Ephesians 1:7-8

God’s wisdom and insight; He makes known His will!
It is according to His merciful intention that God planned for Jesus to be the end result of His work in heaven and on earth.
Ephesians 1:9-10

God-given inheritance!
We have an inheritance according to God’s purpose and plan.  Ephesians 1:11

We are to the praise of His glory!
Follower of Christ – our hope is in our Savior.  His name is Jesus.  Ephesians 1:12
