Aaron and his sons were anointed, ordained and consecrated as priests to serve the living LORD God.

Anointed: sprinkled with a specially made oil to serve as priests.
Ordained: set apart to serve the living God.
Consecrated: set apart to God to serve Him; we are set apart for God’s use.  Exodus 28:40-43

Have we arrived?  Don’t think so!  Not until we get to heaven.  Then we will have arrived!     We will see Him as He is!

Anointed:  We are anointed when we receive the Lord Jesus as our Savior, we are given God the Holy Spirit to live within us.  Amazing truth!

Ordained:  We are ordained to serve the living God, not sometimes, but all the time, right where we are!

Consecrated:  We are consecrated – we are set apart from those who are without Christ as their Savior.

Do you have any excuse to refuse, reject or run from God’s will for you and your life?  Don’t think so!

~ Take it to heart ~

Conclusion: followers of Christ we need our God to continue His work in our lives for His glory.

No matter our age, are we teachable?
No matter our position, are we teachable?

What excuse can we give?  None!
Is there some way we can avoid God?  Don’t think so!
