What makes you unhappy?  Is it your circumstances?  Is it people?  What causes you to grumble and complain?
For the sons of Israel, they grumbled against God’s leader, Moses.  They were out in the wilderness, no meat, no bread… they were hungry!  Exodus 16:3

Godly leaders are targets.  Many times, accusations aimed against them are actually targeting God Himself.
Perhaps you are following the words of God and accusers are targeting you and grumbling against you.

(NASB) Exodus 16:8 “Moses said, ‘This will happen when the LORD gives you meat to eat in the evening, and bread to the full in the morning; for the LORD hears your grumblings which you grumble against Him.  And what are we (Moses and Aaron)?  Your grumblings are not against us but against the LORD.”

Stand, maintain your position… being a Godly leader is to be a target. 
(NASB) Ephesians 6:10 “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might.
11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.”
