Are you on the edge of a wilderness?  Are you going into new circumstances?

The sons of Israel were in the same situation.  There was a radical change in their lives.  They were no longer slaves, but freed to travel, freed to follow the living God.  Exodus 13:20

They were being led by the LORD God, Himself… He went before them as a pillar of cloud!  At night, that pillar became a pillar of fire.  They could clearly see where to take the next turn, the next steps.  They could travel both day and night.  Exodus 13:21-22

As you set out into your uncharted wilderness, followers of Christ, you can know this… God is leading you as you trust Him by day and by night.  He knows the way He is leading you.
During the day, He protects you in the heat of your circumstances.  The cloud covering shielded the sons of Israel from the fierce desert sun.
During the night, He makes His way plain to you.  The pillar of fire gave light; it also provided warmth in the cold desert night.

God is faithful… He leads all who trust in Him as their Savior and Lord.

Do we always understand our circumstances?  Probably not.  But we can know the living God is faithful.  He will be with you through your wilderness journey.

Call out to Him, pray to Him.  Know that He hears you.
