Are your circumstances like a huge mountain to climb, and you don’t have the right shoes, the right clothing or experience to scale that insurmountable barrier?

God works at various times in our lives even though it seems impossible to you and me.

Moses experienced that very thing.  In Exodus 6:10-11 the LORD commanded Moses to go to Pharaoh king of Egypt.  He was to tell the Pharaoh to let the sons of Israel go into the wilderness to worship the living LORD God.

Moses recognized that he did not have the full cooperation or “backing” of the sons of Israel.  Moses also recognized his inadequate speech to go before Pharaoh.  Exodus 6:12

How did the LORD respond to His chosen leader, Moses?
(ESV) Exodus 6:13 “But the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron and gave them a charge about the people of Israel and about Pharaoh king of Egypt: to bring the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt.”

Isn’t that incredible?  God would work through Moses.  Although, Moses had a list of reasons he wasn’t the man for the job.

The LORD does not back down or back-off from His intentions for us no matter how “realistically” you and I see our circumstances.

God’s plans are irrevocable!  They cannot be thwarted or argued away.

God works in and through people – incredible as that sounds.

We are inadequate; but, God is not; He is enough!  He is adequate!

~ Take it to heart ~

We are weak – weak-willed; weak-kneed; but God is not, His will has His purposes in mind and He is not weak in any area of His being.

Remember:
God Works Even Though…
