Redeeming circumstances
The living God promised the Hebrew slaves in Egypt…
(NASB) Exodus 7:6 “… I will also redeem you, with an outstretched arm and with great judgments.”
The Lord can redeem your present circumstances… “listen” to what Anson Greene Phelps Dodge, Jr said in a sermon on Saint Simons Island, Georgia, USA on March 18, 1894.
“God will not waste anything if we give Him a chance to redeem it.”
“He is not only a Redeemer of our sin, but He is a Redeemer of our circumstances as well. He will not waste a single problem, a single heartache, a single tear. Our God is a Redeemer God, and He stands minute by minute before us, inviting us to let Him have the sorrow, to let Him have the pain, to let Him have the disappointment. To trust Him to make something useful, something creative of every tragedy that darkens our lives.”

Perhaps this can be your prayer also, follower of Christ:
‘You, O LORD, will redeem my circumstances in my changing world. You are redeeming them and will continue to redeem them for Your purposes.
Praise to Your name – all the honor and glory belongs to You.
In the name of my Redeemer, Jesus, I pray. Amen!’
