Wonderful news!  Great news!  God’s words are available to you!
God’s words are true… they do not change; because they come from the unchanging God.

You can read any book in the Bible.  Each book will have the same message, same meaning – one thought of God will not be nullified by other words of God.

Believing God’s words will make a difference in anyone’s life.

The sons of Israel were slaves in Egypt.  Aaron told them God’s words which were given to Moses.  Moses gave “signs” which confirmed the LORD God had chosen him to lead them out of Egypt.

The sons of Israel believed God’s words, especially after they saw Moses’ staff become a snake, then a staff once more.  They observed Moses putting his hand into his tunic and it was white with leprosy when he pulled it out.  Then he put it inside his tunic once more and it was healthy when he pulled it out again.  Moses then took water from the Nile River and when he poured it on the ground, it became blood.

They believed God!  They heard His words to them and saw the evidence of the signs.  Exodus 4:31

Belief in God matters.

The question which is important for you and me:
Do we believe God’s words?
Do we recognize God at work in our lives?

Jesus died on the cross and was buried in a tomb.  His disciples were crushed, confused and scared! On the third day after He died and was buried, He was resurrected to physical life by the power of God.

Then His disciples remembered the Scripture which foretold this very thing and they believed the Scripture.  They believed Jesus, for He had told them that these things would happen.

Belief in God’s words and believing the proofs which He gives leads to knowing His word is true.

 ~ Take it to heart ~  

Are you like the disciples?  Do you also need proof that God’s words are true?
If you do need proof, God has already given it!  Jesus was raised from the dead!
