Everyone is a sinner, did you know that?  God says so…
(NASB) Romans 3:23 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God…”
(Underlining added)

Have you ever asked the living God of the Holy Bible to forgive you?  Have you ever asked another to forgive you for the sin(s) you did against that person?

Changed lives are revealed when servants of God ask for forgiveness.  Servants of God are those who know Christ as their Savior.

The older brothers of Joseph knew they had sinned against him.
Before the ten brothers were servants of God, they served themselves.  They sinned against Joseph when they sold him as a slave into Egypt.  Their lives changed in the years following their sin.

It takes courage and honesty to ask forgiveness.

How can we know they were changed men?  We can know that by the words they spoke.

(NASB) Genesis 50:17 “… Now please forgive the sins of the servants of the God of your father.”

For believers in Christ Jesus – there was always a time of unbelief.

For believers in Christ Jesus – there is a time when we have turned to the living God and asked Jesus to forgive us and to give us salvation.

If you are a believer in Christ Jesus as your Savior – thank Him!
If you have not asked Jesus to be your Savior – now is the time.

We are all sinners.  Those who have asked Jesus to be their Savior are forgiven sinners.  We are saved sinners by faith in Jesus Christ.

We are all sinners.  Those who have not asked Jesus to be their Savior are unforgiven sinners.

~ Take it to heart ~

(NASB) Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Either you are a forgiven sinner by faith in Jesus
OR
you are an unforgiven sinner in the sight of God.

You are either one or the other.

(NASB) Acts 4:12 “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
